A friend’s observation was illuminating: 'You'll succeed if you start, but you plan too much and you will never start.' This realization led him to an important insight—maybe he was not meant to be an entrepreneur himself, but rather to support other entrepreneurs. With 90% of startups failing due to insufficient planning post-launch, his expertise could be crucial. He started consulting for one startup, then another, and success followed each engagement.
